3-20-26   THOUGHTS

We will all experience some suffering in this life.  The devil is out there with devouring intentions!  We are given some things to do, and some awesome promises.  We are to RESIST and keep our FAITH  FIRM!   “[T]he God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself  restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”  ALL POWER TO OUR GOD,  FOREVER!  

1Pet 5:6-11 ESV   Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,  7  casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.  8  Be sober-minded; be watchful.  Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.  9  Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.  10  And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.  11  To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Our Prayer:
Help us continually to humble ourselves under Your mighty hand.  We look to You for strength and encouragement and comfort in our times of struggle and difficulty.  Your  word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.  Restore us, O God, and continually re-establish our place in Your presence!  We acclaim your dominion over all... forever.    In the name of Jesus our Lord,   Amen.
